Mid Ulster Squash Club is one of Northern Ireland's fastest-growing squash communities. We are a vibrant club located in the heart of Mid Ulster, with players of all levels and ages. Whether you're a seasoned competitor or completely new to the game, our club offers a welcoming environment where you can enjoy squash, improve your skills, and make new friends.

About us

Squash has long been part of the sporting landscape in Mid Ulster, with local teams having achieved numerous successes in the Ulster League over the years. Today, we are proud to continue that tradition, providing opportunities for players of all ages and abilities to participate in the sport. Our members regularly compete, socialize, and share their passion for the game across the region.

With over 30 regular players and growing, we are committed to offering a range of activities including weekly club nights, box leagues, tournaments, and exhibition matches. Mid Ulster Squash Club is dedicated to fostering a love for squash throughout the community and offering a supportive environment for everyone to enjoy the game.

Club Night

Our weekly Club Night is held every Wednesday at 6 PM at Cookstown Leisure Centre. This is a great opportunity for both new and experienced players to get involved, have some fun, and improve their squash skills. It's a relaxed, social evening where you can play a few games, meet other members, and be part of the community. The session is free for members and just £3 for non-members. Whether you’re a regular player or someone who wants to give squash a try, you’re always welcome at Club Night!

Our League Teams

Mid Ulster Squash Club is proud to compete in three different leagues, offering competitive opportunities for players of all abilities:

• A Team – Competing in the Premier Division of the Ulster Squash League
• B Team – Competing in Division 2 of the Ulster Squash League
• C Team – Playing in the North & West League

These teams provide a platform for players to challenge themselves, improve their game, and represent the club at various levels of competition across Northern Ireland. Whether you’re aiming to play competitively or looking for more social, structured matches, our teams offer a great way to get involved.
